Deposit Refund

Security deposit is refunded within 14 days of lease end; may be extended if repairs delay the process

Move-out Services

Arrange curtain dry-cleaning, AC maintenance, and repair checks (book 5–7 days in advance) and conduct professional cleaning the day before move-out
