1. Preparation

Requirements Confirmation

  • • Confirm whether it's move-out cleaning or routine cleaning
  • • Customer provides curtain types (fabric/voile/venetian blinds, etc.) and quantities
  • • Confirm preferred removal time and return/installation date
  • • Quotation & confirmation (weight will be measured on pickup)

2. On-site Pickup

Tools & Inspection

  • • Ladder, storage bags, labels, and marker
  • • Inspect fabric to determine dry-clean suitability or special handling
  • • Pre-treat heavy stains with spot remover

Removal & Packing

  • • Remove curtains room by room to avoid mix-ups
  • • Label each set (e.g., ‘Living Room Curtains’, ‘Master Room Sheers’) for reinstallation
  • • Pack in dust-proof bags to prevent soiling during transport

Order Confirmation

  • • List quantity and type of curtains, note special conditions (damage, mold, discoloration)
  • • Customer signs the checklist for confirmation

3. Return & Installation

Schedule Return

  • • Confirm return and installation time one day in advance

Installation

  • • Rehang in original positions according to labels
  • • Check tracks and hooks for damage and assist with adjustments

4. Acceptance & Payment

Customer Inspection

  • • Customer checks cleaning quality (cleanliness, odor removal, press finish)
  • • Verify count and positions are correct

Payment Methods

  • • Customer pays via PayNow or cash
  • • Issue receipt with service date, quantity, and amount
