    II. Move-out Cleaning (for end-of-lease comprehensive cleaning)

    1. Preparation

    • • Confirm handover time and allocate sufficient hours.
    • • Tools: vacuum, strong cleaners, squeegee, ladder, professional stain removers.

      • • Tools: steam cleaner, high-pressure washer, strong degreasers, mold remover, disinfectant, pro tools.
